44 weeks

Last days as a 9 month old, and really hit a lot of her developmental milestones.  Clapping, pulling herself up and scooting around, deliberate crawling, very communicative and new chatty sounds (like gagaaa).. Her favorite still is waving hello & goodbye. She says "babaaa" while waving. So cute

Today, we went to the Ucla campus having to get Natalie's blood drawn. Had a nice little time, parked and picked up a boba drink. Hung out in the waiting room (all by our lonesome selves), then got the cute ocean muraled room & cartoons were turned out.  Everything went well, until of course the needle stick

James has her in a bear hold, and 2 plebotomists worked on Natalie for 3 large vials of blood. The first try didn't stick, so after hot packing her elbows they worked on the other arm with a smaller needle. It was agony

Natalie is a trooper, her mood was dampened but after me carrying her around the village, then on daddy's lap for lunch, her mood returned to happy chatty for the car ride to ikea.

Of course today, when we needed it the most, we had no stroller and no baby carrier

Happy 44!
